Unveiling of Diamond Jubilee Plaque
On Sunday, 2nd June 2013, the unveiling of the new plaque was introduced by
Peter Broomhead with Ian Ibottson.
Peter invited four residents who lived in the village at the time of the Queen's coronation 60 years ago to unveil the plaque.

As it happened, it was Vivenne's birthday, which was duly celebrated before the Royal Toast!
The plaque shows a detailed map of the centre of the village, which should be useful for visitors.
